A simple experiment called a "Leaf disc assay" can show photosynthesis in action. We treated peanut plants with Revytek Fungicide and a competitive product. Small discs were cut from the treated and untreated peanut leaves and put in a solution with carbon and light source. The more photosynthesis, the more oxygen the discs produce, and the faster they float!
