Primary Apple Powdery Mildew

Control powdery mildew with Merivon fungicide. Primary powdery mildew in apples is the result of overwintering infections in terminal buds. When infected shoots begin to grow they quickly disperse conidia to healthy foliage and begin secondary infections. Infections in susceptible varieties can result in reduced tree vigor and yield, russeting and poor fruit finish.
