Don’t Panic!!

Soybeans are emerging and I’m starting to see more of the “Halo” and aesthetic symptoms associated with an Illevo treatment this year than usual.
I suspect that due to the cool, cloudy weather the symptoms are amplified as the soybeans aren’t metabolizing the treatment as quickly as in a normal year.
Don’t panic though! It’s purely cosmetic, the beans will drop those cotyledons shortly anyway.
In the meantime enjoy knowing that your soybeans are getting added protection from Sudden Death Syndrome (SDS) and Soybean Cyst Nematode (SCN)If you see the “Halo” thank your seed supplier/treater as you know your soybeans got a proper dose of Fluopyram (Illevo) during treatment.
